New Phone System Posted or Updated on 17 Jul 2024

We are pleased to announce that we will have a new phone system up and running by the end of today (Wednesday 17th July). The new system will mean no more "engaged" tones. If we are very busy you will have the option of receiving an automatic "call back" when it is your turn in the queue. This, along with a number of other exciting features, will allow us to provide an even better service to our patients.
