GPs, and the NHS in general, are experiencing unprecedented levels of demand. It has become apparent that to continue to offer a safe service, we cannot offer the volume of consultations that we would like. Therefore, we will be limiting the numbers of patients dealt with on any one day. This may mean that you will be asked to ring back on a later date to make an appointment. 

When you call the practice to make an appointment our Receptionists will ask you some questions which will help determine who is the best person to deal with you and also when they will be able to deal with you.
